MS Bright Spots of Hope brings the Greater St. Louis MS community together through fitness, educational, inspirational, and social programs. Our founder, Michelle Keating, RN, MSCN-e, has been living with MS since 1981. Michelle created this organization in 2016 so people with multiple sclerosis facing individual symptoms and challenges can focus on positive living with the disease and can share their story and connect with others at programs. She knew together we can cope with this disease.
By providing FREE local engaging programs, we educate, empower, spark creativity, and enhance wellness for those with MS and their support partners. Also, with engagement of individuals from the broader community, you will be inspired and enlightened to embrace life more fully. Check out our upcoming program calendar below and register today for something that interests you. Remember, we are in this together!
